Nisar Ahmed

Nisar joined FMM group in 2019 as a PhD student under the supervision of Professor Nicola Morley and Professor Dan Allwood in the department of Materials Science and Engineering. Previously he had completed an undergraduate degree in Materials Engineering at Loughborough University. His PhD focuses on 4D printing magnetostrictive materials for structural health monitoring and repair of aircraft carbon fibre composites.
